This practice focuses on the healing aspect of martial arts systems that promote longevity, well-being, and vibrant health.
With over 35 years of experience, Jay is a movement specialist and martial arts expert. He is known for his fun and innovative ways to educate and motivate people to get moving. He utilizes exercises and movements that target the fascial/connective tissues of the body. In conjunction with the focused breathing, these exercises will help restore postural balance, stretch and strengthen the body and lengthen and soften this system.
Most recently he has developed a system of health & longevity exercises that bring awareness to areas where there is inhibited movement and utilizes form work to stabilize, strengthen and mobilize these areas and integrate them into the body.

Beginners are very welcome!
You don't need to have any prior experience to benefit and enjoy this system.
Dress comfortably (in your normal workout wear) and indoor shoes (if you have a pair).
