What is Medical QiGong?
Medical QiGong is a complete system of healthcare that understands the root cause of the symptoms and teaches you how it affects you as a whole.
Why do I need to schedule a session with Jay & Jenn?
Qi stagnation happens from acquired stress throughout our lifetime due to an unhealthy diet, sedentary lifestyle, aging, suppressed emotions, surgery and other injuries.
The main focus of our medical qigong sessions are to balance the qi flow throughout the body to promote healing.
How much is a session?
Your investment into your health and healing is $200. We will both work with you for about 1.5 hours in co-creative capacity bringing you into the experience as much as possible. Not only will you experience a session here, but you will have time to ask questions and receive individualized training on movements that you can do on your own at home to continue to help.
